Seriously, unless you're hiring Nick Saban, it is risky. Some coaches work out. Some don't. Some coaches like Chip Kelly area homerun for one program, but a flop elsewhere.

With JC, there is less risk than Billy Napier or Dave Clawson because we aren't having to pay out someone else's buyout and give him a huge guarantee to get him.

I'm not saying he is the answer, but if we are going to hire an assistant from somewhere, JC, Justin, and Torian would all get serious consideration from me.
